The Role • Meet or exceed territory sales plan and objectives by developing and implementing strategic plans. • Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted opinion leaders and physicians. • Effectively plan workdays and sales calls to achieve activity goals. • Develop and implement special programs within the territory to maximize sales opportunities. • Communicate current, effective, and accurate sales presentations to customers. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines. What You'll Need • Bachelor's Degree required. • 2+ years of business or customer service experience; sales experience preferred. • Proven time-management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Strong work ethic, drive to succeed, positive attitude, and growth mindset. • Excellent communication and resourcefulness to overcome challenges. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including potential overnight stays. • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
