Business Analyst Pay rate: £24.25 per hour<br />Location: Remote (Wales-based organisation) – Travel to Cardiff required twice in the first month, then once monthly<br />Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week We’re recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a prestigious public sector organisation in Wales. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support data process automation initiatives.<br />Utilise Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery.<br />Analyse and improve existing workflows and systems.<br />Develop and interpret data process flow diagrams and entity-relationship diagrams.<br />Collaborate across teams to build effective, scalable solutions.<br />Work through the phased development lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.<br />What We’re Looking For in a Business Analyst: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br />Experience with Azure DevOps is essential.<br />Proven experience in business analysis, especially in data-heavy environments.<br />Solid understanding of process mapping and solution design.<br />Background in scientific, environmental, or water-related sectors is advantageous but not essential
