IG Networks is a rapidly growing global telecommunications company with a presence across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

As part of our strategic expansion in APAC, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in coordinating project implementations, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the delivery of telecommunications services in a dynamic and international environment.

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented professional with experience in project management, vendor coordination, and procurement. We seek individuals who are passionate about innovation and continuous learning, and who actively leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to simplify processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunications service implementation projects.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and procurement activities.
• Follow up on orders, vendors, and service deliveries.
• Monitor project performance and mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement within Service Delivery processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Experience in project management within telecommunications & technology environments.
• Experience working with carriers, telecom vendors, or procurement activities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Basic technical knowledge of telecommunications and networking concepts, including the OSI model, IP addressing, and connectivity services, is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in multicultural environments.

Position Details

Location: India (Remote)

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Employment Type: Freelance / Contractor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (9 hours per day)
