IT Support & Asset Coordinator (End-User Tech)

VIDA is seeking a Business Systems Officer to deliver frontline IT support and coordinate procurement, deployment and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software and AV. You will assist with new starter setup, inductions, mobile devices, and maintain accurate asset and service records.

Working with Cenitex, vendors and internal stakeholders, you will resolve issues, support workplace projects and provide practical guidance on IT policies and processes to improve the employee experience.
