ServiceNow Developer (CSM, UX)

Initial 6-month contract - £450 per day (inside IR35) - Occasional travel to either Leeds or London, which will be expensed. Mostly remote.

Due to the clients pay schedule, this role is paid in monthly instalments rather than weekly

Our Public Sector client have an immediate requirement for a ServiceNow Developer (CSM, UX) to join on an initial 6-month basis. This role is mostly remote, other than occasional travel to their Leeds or London sites, but no specific office days are noted.

The ServiceNow Developer (CSM, UX) will analyse technical development requirements and implement architectural changes and solutions (based on ServiceNow technologies) working closely with the QA resources to ensure quality.

Key skills and experience for the ServiceNow Developer (CSM, UX):

• Proven extensive experience of ServiceNow as a platform
• Proven excellent understanding of ServiceNow capabilities
• Experience of development within UK public sector and/or regulatory environment
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customisation
• Delivered NowAssist capabilities within ITSM and CSM
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and relevant stakeholders
