The Role • Meet and exceed sales objectives for Interventional Pain products, including capital purchases and consumables like nerve ablation needles and radiofrequency ablation products. • Manage a Capital Sales funnel while increasing adoption and utilization in existing accounts. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and business leaders in hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and clinics. • Drive contract management, including local price negotiations, and execute strategies to achieve business goals. • Optimize opportunities by generating new customer leads and actively protecting existing market share. • Stay current with product knowledge and sales positioning across various relevant product categories. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in medical device sales. • Understanding of the hospital/ASC buying process, including GPOs, IDNs, and Distributors. • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies. • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills. • Ability to travel frequently, including occasional weekend trade show attendance. • High proficiency with PC applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an understanding of medical terminology.
