Job Description

Seeking a Cyber Financial Reporting Analyst to support and mature the Global Cybersecurity (GCS) business operations function. This role will work closely with the Global Cybersecurity CBO team and cross-functional partners to support workforce planning, budget management, procurement lifecycle management, vendor governance, financial reporting, and process transformation.

The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a complex, cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support overall Global Cybersecurity (GCS) Demand Management activities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
  • Assist with GCS Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including intake, sourcing coordination, purchase order support, contract renewals, vendor spend governance, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, TPRM, Finance, HR, and Global Technology Services (GTS) to align financial planning, targets, and tracking with organizational objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement of budgeting and planning processes, including optimization of existing tools and identification of additional technologies.
  • Remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive execution across assigned activities.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Global Cybersecurity organization as needed.
  • Work effectively with confidential information, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services or another complex information management environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with geographically distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
