IT Support Technician

Job Title: IT Support Technician
Duration: 3 months
Location: Ansonia, CT 06401

Job Summary:
Work approximately 40 hours per week and may include 10 hours with flexing to land at 40 hours in Ansonia, CT.
Worker will assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware in client stores. Locations to be visited will be in the Southwest CT area. Drive times may be an a 2 +hour Round trips.
A permanent clients FTS employee will provide direction and support on a daily basis.
Worker must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive themselves between several client locations on a daily basis.
Worker will be reimbursed for miles driven on weekly expense report at client reimbursement rate.
Must have previous hardware repair experience, have ability to work on their own, lift 75lbs, work flexible hours, complete required paperwork, and have excellent customer service skills.
Schedule will be 40 hours per week and might include weekends and holidays as part of normal workdays.
This is not a work from home position, it requires driving to different stores throughout the day.

Experience:
Break/fix
Previous Field work is a huge plus. (ex. driving site to site, managing tickets, etc.). Please list any experience on top of resume.
Hardware repair experience
Have ability to work on their own
Lift 75lbs
Work flexible hours

Education:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
