We are partnering with a top-tier pharmaceutical client to find a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to provide essential administrative, operational, and process support. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the frameworks that govern promotional activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across all materials. Key Responsibilities

Standards Updates

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the evolution and maintenance of promotional standards.
• Proactively review existing standards to identify opportunities for refinement and enhancement.
• Conduct in-depth research to address stakeholder requests and inform standard development.

System Enhancements

• Perform thorough audits of system content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Execute necessary system updates to maintain operational integrity and efficiency.
• Support special system-related projects and other operational tasks as needed.

Project Leadership

• Assist in the robust project management of key initiatives and strategic projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to guide successful execution.
• Proactively identify potential issues and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Organize and lead effective project meetings, fostering collaboration and progress.

Stakeholder Communication

• Design impactful internal communication plans to gather and integrate valuable stakeholder feedback.
• Create clear, concise, and compelling slide decks and emails to convey critical information.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders through succinct and impactful communication.

Compensation Range: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
