Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while promoting our IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements through discovery discussions.
- Present and promote cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud, AMC, managed services, and 800ITCare solutions.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Manage customer relationships, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Education & Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Polytechnic Diploma CE
- B.Tech / BE
- BBA
- BCA
- MBA
- MCA
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, software sales, or technology services.
