Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

The Scientific Analysis Operation (SAO) is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support our customers at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is a rapidly growing field in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communities.

Required Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Engineering field or related certifications such as OCSMP Certifications, INCOSE CSEP, or Project Management PMP (among others) • Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors • Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect) • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems • Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes • Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks. • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers • Knowledge of SysML 2.0 • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts • Active secret security clearance Required Experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Desired Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI security clearance • Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python • Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes • Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practices Radiance Technologies is an
