MSPowerhouse is a Microsoft-focused technology consulting company delivering Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, and IT Staffing to clients across the United States.

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Sell IT Services, Cloud Solutions, and IT Staffing services.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and client presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with US-based clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B IT Services or IT Staffing sales experience.
  • Experience selling to US clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business development.
