We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Sell IT Services, Cloud Solutions, and IT Staffing services.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B IT Services or IT Staffing sales experience.
- Experience selling to US clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about business development.
