Mechanical Project Manager – Main Contractor (CAT A &amp; B Fit-Out)<br />£75,000 – £85,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + Pension<br />Location: London<br />Sector: Commercial Fit-Out (CAT A &amp; CAT B)<br />Experience: 4+ years Main Contractor PM Experience (Fit-Out) A leading main contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver high-quality mechanical installations on commercial CAT A &amp; CAT B fit-out projects in London. This role requires strong project delivery experience within fit-out or building services environments, managing subcontractors, programmes, and technical installations to a high standard. Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical package delivery on commercial fit-out projects
• Manage subcontractors and site operations to programme and quality standards
• Drive safety, QA/QC, and compliance
• Coordinate design information and technical documentation
• Track progress, variations, and cost control
• Ensure successful handover and commissioning
• Liaise with site teams and clients Requirements
• 4+ years mechanical project management experience (main contractor)
• Experience delivering CAT A &amp; CAT B fit-out projects
• Strong MEP coordination knowledge
• Subcontractor and programme management expertise
• Commercial building services experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
