Job Description

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will own execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Full technical audit of 3 WordPress sites
  
• Creating and executing a rebuild roadmap
  
• Managing external developers and contractors
  
• Cleaning up plugin stack and technical debt
  
• Improving site speed (Core Web Vitals)
  
• Ensuring SEO-safe migration and structure
  
• Overseeing hosting, security and scalability
  
• Implementing clean tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
  
• Creating a stable environment so marketing can move fast
  

You report directly to the CEO.

Must Haves

• Has led at least 2 full WordPress rebuilds end-to-end
• Has 5+ years deep WordPress experience
• Hands-on website migration experience and deep WordPress skills
• Understands hosting, performance, caching, and security
• Has managed dev contractors or agencies before
• Is commercially aware (understands impact on revenue)
• Can operate without constant direction
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
• If you've only maintained sites or worked off tickets, this role is NOT a fit.

Home Office Requirements

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps 50 Mbps
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
