Location: Metro Detroit, MI (100% Onsite)
Duration: 8-10 Months (High Possibility of Extension)
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives involving infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cross-functional IT teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven project management experience delivering complex IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, application, and vendor resources.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Facilitate meetings, document project activities, and maintain project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud technologies, and enterprise environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience with project planning, risk management, issue tracking, and executive reporting.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
