Treasury Fund Raising - Powai

• Identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities through banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, development finance institutions, and other lending partners.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute various borrowing facilities, including term loans, working capital lines, and other debt instruments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and other key financial stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external lenders for timely documentation, due diligence, approvals, and disbursements.
• Monitor the organization's borrowing portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, repayment schedules, and regulatory requirements.
• Support debt servicing, refinancing, and liability management initiatives to optimize funding costs and maturity profiles.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and assessment of future funding requirements to support business growth.
• Prepare treasury MIS, funding reports, lender presentations, board / committee notes, and other financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Track developments in financial markets, interest rate movements, RBI regulations, and industry trends to identify funding opportunities and optimize the borrowing mix.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of funding transactions.
• Support credit rating exercises, lender audits, and information requests from financial institutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in treasury processes, documentation, and reporting

Ideal Candidate

CA / MBA

Experience : 2-7 years of experience in fund raising, front office role

Should have worked with NBFC/Banks preferably
