Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect – Salesforce & Headless CMS | Remote | £70-80K We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a key role in a major digital transformation, working across Salesforce, Headless CMS, PIM and modern cloud technologies.

This is a role for someone who can operate comfortably between technology, business and senior stakeholders, bringing structure to complex environments and helping different teams work together towards better, customer-focused solutions.

You’ll define end-to-end architectures, shape integration strategies and provide architectural leadership across digital products and customer-facing platforms. The role covers everything from business requirements and solution design through to delivery, governance and architectural assurance.

What we’re looking for<br />Extensive Solutions Architecture experience within enterprise-scale environments<br />Strong experience across CRM, web/CMS and digital platforms<br />Experience with Salesforce and/or Headless CMS environments<br />Strong PIM, MDM or data-centric transformation experience<br />Experience designing API-first and integration-led architectures<br />Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, events, middleware and modern integration platforms<br />Experience integrating CRM, CMS, ERP, analytics and other business-critical systems<br />Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences<br />Comfortable working across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority<br />Able to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery<br />Experience working in Agile environments<br />TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent architecture qualification would be desirable.We’re particularly interested in architects who have worked in established organisations going through transformation, especially those who have helped introduce greater structure, governance and customer-focused processes into an immature architecture environment.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel to company sites when required
