Job Description
This 100% remote, contract position would begin immediately and continue for the next 3 - 6 + months!
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Oracle Fusion Payroll application.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll integrations.
- Support payroll configuration, enhancements, and build activities.
- Analyze the downstream impact of Workforce Management (WFM) standardization on Oracle Payroll.
- Partner with payroll, HRIS, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Assist with payroll standardization efforts across 17 business entities.
- Support project activities and production issues throughout the engagement.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll in a technical capacity.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll integrations and configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting payroll-related technical issues.
- Ability to work closely with functional and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) integrations or related projects.
- Familiarity with Symplr WFM or similar workforce management solutions.
