Job Description

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Payroll Analyst to support ongoing Oracle Fusion Payroll initiatives while the organization standardizes its Workforce Management (WFM) environment. This consultant will serve as a key technical resource, helping to maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Payroll, support integrations, and assist with payroll configuration as new solutions are implemented.

This 100% remote, contract position would begin immediately and continue for the next 3 - 6 + months!
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the Oracle Fusion Payroll application.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll integrations.
  • Support payroll configuration, enhancements, and build activities.
  • Analyze the downstream impact of Workforce Management (WFM) standardization on Oracle Payroll.
  • Partner with payroll, HRIS, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Assist with payroll standardization efforts across 17 business entities.
  • Support project activities and production issues throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll in a technical capacity.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll integrations and configuration.
  • Experience troubleshooting payroll-related technical issues.
  • Ability to work closely with functional and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Workforce Management (WFM) integrations or related projects.
  • Familiarity with Symplr WFM or similar workforce management solutions.
