Oracle Cloud HCM (Technical/Functional)

Job Title: Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Technical/Functional)

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management, including:
  • Talent Management
  • Goals Management
  • Talent Review
  • Succession Planning
• Good understanding of Talent Acquisition, Core HR, and Compensation integration.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes.
• Experience conducting client workshops, gathering business requirements, and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and Conversion Templates.
• Experience in Unit Testing, End-to-End Testing, and UAT support.
• Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders and manage onsite client interactions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud product capabilities versus client business requirements.

Domain:

• Food & Beverage experience is preferred (not mandatory unless specified by the client).

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation activities.
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents and conversion templates.
• Coordinate with client business teams and offshore delivery teams.
• Support testing, issue resolution, and project delivery.
