Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team on a W2 basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for candidates looking to begin or grow their career in data analytics.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of data analysis, Excel, SQL, and reporting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries
• Use Excel and SQL to analyze business data
• Identify trends, patterns, and data quality issues
• Support senior analysts and business teams with data-driven insights
• Assist with data visualization and dashboard development
• Maintain accurate documentation of analysis and reporting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
