The Role • Utilize CAD software (MicroStation or AutoCAD) for design and drafting tasks. • Analyze technical specifications to create detailed physical and electrical designs. • Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for protection and control equipment. • Review vendor drawings and integrate equipment into comprehensive design packages. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and field personnel. • Provide essential design support throughout installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases. What You'll Need • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and MicroStation. • Experience working with electrical control schematics and wiring diagrams. • Ability to analyze technical specifications and translate them into detailed designs. • Strong understanding of physical and electrical design principles. • Skill in preparing bills of materials and job estimates. • Experience in reviewing vendor drawings and integrating equipment.
