PMP Certified Program Manager in Richmond, VA

- Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles or equivalent combination    
Process reengineering & mapping experience     
- Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones, proactively managing cross-division dependencies, 
- Exp with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments     
- Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives     
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills     
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI     
- Hands on professional to support teams and management navigate through significant processes changes     
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability.     
- Active PMP 
- CSM and SAFe certs    
- Experience with banking platforms and Oracle a plus, or similar ERPs     
- Experience with Revenue collections and /or cash management cycles and tools     
- CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials
