Finance Manager, N.A. Technology at a glance….
The Finance Manager, North America Technology, will be a key member of the Finance organization, serving as the primary finance partner for the North America Technology portfolio across OPEX and CAPEX.
This role will partner closely with Technology leaders, project owners, Finance stakeholders, and business functions supported by Technology to ensure financial plans, investment decisions, and performance routines are aligned with enterprise priorities.
The successful candidate will bring strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management skills to support investment governance, improve cost transparency, and deliver insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions with speed and clarity.
What’s on the menu?
Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for North America Technology OPEX and CAPEX
Serve as a trusted finance partner to Technology leaders, project owners, and Finance stakeholders on portfolio priorities and financial routines
Partner with business functions supported by Technology to ensure financial plans and decisions reflect operational requirements and enterprise priorities
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights on spend, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
Manage intercompany cost recharges from North America to regional organizations, ensuring clear allocation logic, accurate execution, and alignment with financial planning routines
Support investment governance, business case development, financial evaluation, and decision-making for Technology initiatives
Partner with project managers to develop, review, and obtain approval for Capital Appropriation Requests
Develop leadership-ready reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations to support portfolio and functional performance discussions
Lead recurring portfolio governance meetings with Technology leadership, including bi-weekly investment review sessions and monthly financial performance reviews (MPR), providing insights and recommendations to support investment and portfolio decisions.
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, cost transparency, and portfolio discipline across the Technology organization
Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, governance, and financial processes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, or performance management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Finance, Technology, and business teams
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus
Experience leveraging LLM, AI, and automation workflows to streamline processes, enhance decision support, and improve operating efficiency
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Tableau, Power BI, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar tools considered a plus

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
