**Core Technical Skills:**  
- Primary: Proficient coding in Golang  
- Secondary: Container orchestration with Kubernetes  
- Tertiary: Cloud IAM, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)  

**Position Overview:**  
Lead the architecture and rollout of robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks on Google Cloud, emphasizing secure and scalable onboarding workflows. Guide technical teams to build and enforce IAM best practices in large-scale enterprise environments.

**Key Duties:**  
- Architect scalable IAM solutions, including RBAC, least-privilege models, and automated account governance.
- Develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards for IAM using Terraform, addressing security, compliance, and operational drift.
- Facilitate peer reviews of IAM designs, manage technical risk, and act as an escalation point for exception handling.
- Oversee cross-functional project delivery—track implementation progress, manage risks, and coordinate with compliance teams.
- Create and maintain operational playbooks: access reviews, incident management, monitoring dashboards, and audit reporting.

**Required Experience & Skills:**  
- Demonstrated leadership in cloud IAM solutions for enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform environments.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering squads and enforcing technical standards.
- Deep expertise in Terraform for IaC, with a focus on security controls and access management.
- Strong track record of driving adoption of secure-by-default patterns and reducing operational friction.

**Preferred:**  
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or Golang.
- Prior experience with leading SaaS, FinTech, or established tech companies is a plus.

**Indicators of Success:**  
- Standardized IAM rollout is consistently adopted across teams; onboarding cycles are streamlined; audit feedback is positive.
