M365 Technical Project Manager / Migration Lead
£500–£510 per day Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced M365 Technical Project Manager / Migration Lead to support a major integration programme within a complex enterprise environment.

The role is focused on a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and will suit someone who combines strong technical M365 knowledge with the ability to manage dependencies, planning and delivery across multiple workstreams.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role. The priority is someone who understands the technical detail and can work effectively across infrastructure, cyber security, applications, identity and business change teams.

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID
• Experience managing technical dependencies, migration readiness, cutover and transition
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
• Previous experience within merger, acquisition or divestment programmes would be highly beneficial
• Energy / Oil & Gas experience would be advantageous

Location: Aberdeen – minimum 3 days per week onsite
Rate: £500–£510 per day, Inside IR35
Duration: 3 months initially, with strong potential for extension
Start: ASAP
Clearance: BPSS

Direct M365 tenant-to-tenant migration experience is essential.
