React Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a React Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be strong in React-based frontend development and comfortable working with modern backend technologies, contributing across the full software development lifecycle.

  Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications with a focus on React-based frontends.

  Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API).

  Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs and integrate them with frontend components.

  Work with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js/Express/NestJS or Java/Spring, Python/Django/FastAPI, etc.) to implement business logic and services.

  Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and write/optimized queries.

  Implement CI/CD pipelines, use Git, and follow DevOps practices for automated builds and deployments.

  Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  Participate in code reviews, write unit/integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring high availability and performance.

  Contribute to architectural discussions and help define frontend standards and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

  Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.

  Deep hands-on experience with React (hooks, functional components, performance optimization).

  Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

  Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API).

  Working knowledge of at least one backend stack (e.g., Node.js/Express/NestJS, or exposure to Java/Spring, Python/Django/FastAPI).

  Working knowledge of SQL and at least one RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL DB (e.g., MongoDB).

  Experience with Git, npm/yarn/pnpm, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.

Qualifications
