Technical direction Architecture decisions, tech debt ownership, ADRs, code review culture

Team enablement Mentoring, unblocking team members, knowledge sharing, 1:1s

Delivery ownership Sprint planning, estimation, risk escalation, stakeholder communication

Cross-functional collab Working with product, QA, DevOps; translating requirements to tasks
 
Requirements:

FRONTEND — ANGULAR

Component architecture Modules, lazy loading, standalone components, reusable design systems
State management NgRx or Angular Signals, reactive patterns with RxJS, service-layer design
Performance & testing Change detection, AOT compilation, Jasmine/Jest/Cypress, accessibility (WCAG)

BACKEND — PYTHON FASTAPI

API design RESTful endpoints, Pydantic models, dependency injection, OpenAPI docs
Async & performance async/await patterns, background tasks, caching, rate limiting
