Bilingual Retail Sales

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional in-store service to diverse customers. In this role, you'll greet and assist shoppers, identify needs, recommend paints, coatings, and supplies, and complete accurate POS transactions. You'll maintain merchandise displays, tint and mix paint, and support inventory, stocking, and store housekeeping. Partner with the Sales & Business Development team to meet sales goals while promoting our culture of diversity, inclusion, growth, innovation, and collaboration.
