Job Description

Job Title: SAP Analyst II (Must be Local)
Location:Charlotte, NC Hybrid role (Local Prefered)
 
Contract: W2- On our payroll
Duration: Approximately 5 Months (872 total hours)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 Hours/Week
Shift: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week | Flexible hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst II to join our Corporate IT team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid position requires three days onsite each week and involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP knowledge, particularly in Procurement and Sourcing, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, develop, and implement SAP software solutions.
Gather, define, and document business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
Configure SAP systems and support system enhancements.
Coordinate module and system integration testing.
Troubleshoot recurring system issues and recommend process improvements.
Support SAP system administration and ensure optimal system performance.
Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and drive actionable outcomes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely project completion.
Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively.
 
Qualifications
3–5 years of SAP Analyst experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP, especially Procurement and Sourcing modules.
Experience with Payment Processing and Invoicing is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
 
Additional Information
