The Role
• Support the organization's human resources functions by providing day-to-day HR services and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Assist with onboarding, associate relations, performance management, and benefits administration, serving as a key resource for associates and managers.
• Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, and maintain accurate associate records in HRIS systems.
• Facilitate required training programs and reinforce company policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive associate information with discretion and perform employee relations investigations.
• Contribute to departmental goals by performing additional HR-related tasks as assigned.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, and benefits administration.
• Foundational understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high level of integrity and problem-solving skills.
