BMC Helix Solution Architect
6-12 Month Contract | Hybrid

Looking for a BMC Helix Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale service management solutions within a major transformation programme. This role focuses on modernising IT operations, driving automation, and improving service delivery across complex environments.

Key Skills & Experience:
Strong BMC Helix architecture experience across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Digital Workplace and Automation
Deep understanding of BMC Remedy, integrations, workflows, forms and service management processes
Proven experience implementing and aligning environments to CIS Controls v8.1
Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management best practice
Experience integrating Helix with cloud, infrastructure, monitoring and third-party platforms
Expertise in automation, orchestration and AI-driven service management capabilities
Platform upgrades, migrations, performance optimisation and troubleshooting
Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills

Desirable:
BMC certifications
Azure, AWS or hybrid cloud experience
Python, PowerShell, REST API and automation tooling knowledge
Experience within large-scale retail or enterprise transformation programmes
Agile and DevOps exposure
