Job Role: IBM Sterling OMS Tech Lead eCommerce/Retail

Location: Brentwood, TN (Onsite)

Duration: Contract for 06+ Months

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and configure project deliverables for eCommerce applications on IBM Sterling OMS.
• Review high-level business requirements for Omnichannel solutions and implement them using Sterling OMS suite of products including IBM Store Engagement and IBM Call Center.
• Strong experience developing applications in IBM Sterling Order Management.
• Experience with IBM Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment Solutions and with Sterling design, configuration, product extensions, and complex integrations; has experience with several diverse projects.
• Strong experience with Sterling design, configuration, product extensions, and complex integrations.
• Strong experience with IBM Sterling Inventory Fulfillment Suite.
• Strong expertise with IBM Sterling Inventory Fulfillment Development.
• Hands-on experience on customization/extension of Sterling OMS APIs, database, UIs, user exits, agents, and building Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC.
• Build tools for automated testing and deployment of applications.
• Develop and share best practices on installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications.
• Support UAT, QA, and performance tests to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Learn and champion new technologies and new versions of best-of-breed industry products to enhance customers' OMS implementations.
• Mentor and train junior resources in Sterling OMS solution development.
