OCC Engineer II: Voice & Incident Ops, 24/7 On-site

VOCUS is seeking a T2 Engineer in Melbourne to support the Operations Command Centre. The role requires monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving tickets across voice services while meeting KPI/OLA targets. It is a full-time, on-site position in a 24/7 roster.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in telecom operations, VOIP expertise, and strong security awareness. NV1 clearance and Australian citizenship are essential for this role.
