My client is looking to appoint an experienced Talent Manager with proven
experience in Talent Development, Talent Management & OD to shape, influence and build.

As the Business continues to evolve, they are investing in their People agenda and are seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to help drive organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and long-term talent strategy. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make your mark. Working as part of a small, high-impact People team, you'll have one direct report, with the freedom and autonomy to shape the talent and organisational development agenda while partnering closely with leaders across the Business.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing organisation-wide talent and leadership development strategies.
- Creating future-focused learning and capability frameworks that support business performance and growth.
- Leading talent management initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning and leadership development.
- Supporting organisational design, restructuring and change programmes.
- Coaching and influencing leaders to build high-performing teams and strong leadership capability.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate these into meaningful action.
- Designing and delivering programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness and employee growth.
Our client is looking for an individual with:
- Significant experience across Organisational Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing organisation-wide talent and capability strategies is a must.
- Experience supporting organisational design, structural change/transformation initiatives.
- The ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- A data-led approach to decision-making and talent planning.
You will have excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills and ideally experience within a multisite/dispersed environment. This role will require weekly travel to different sites.
Experience in a blend of different businesses and environments is highly advantageous. The
business values fresh perspectives, external best practice and individuals who can bring new
ideas alongside a curious, pragmatic and hands-on mindset.
Experience within retail, distribution, logistics, hospitality, automotive or other multi-site environments would is preferred.
Competitive package: Salary up to £80,000 per annum, car allowance and bonus.

Birmingham, Warwickshire, Midlands/South Midlands, Bucks, Beds & surrounding are all suitable locations for this role.
