Position Details

• Location: Columbia, SC
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
• Interview Process: 1-Round Virtual/Online

Important Skills

Primary Must-Haves

• IBM C ram Software: 2+ years testing experience
• Test Case Development: 3+ years converting business/policy requirements into test scenarios
• System Execution: 3+ years building and running test suites
• Defect Reporting: Clear communication of gaps, bugs, and status to dev teams

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare / Medicaid domain experience
• Atlassian Tools: Jira & Confluence
• SDLC Delivery: Agile & Waterfall methodologies

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of relevant QA experience in lieu of a degree)
• Requirements: Must be an SC resident or willing to relocate prior to start date
