IT Business Analyst with Shop Floor Integration experience- Remote

Required Qualifications

SAP Manufacturing Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes, especially SFI / shop-floor integration. Knowledge of production execution, shop-floor reporting, production order interfaces, and manufacturing data flows.

IT Business Analyst Skills: Experience as an ITBA gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and supporting testing and implementation. Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Apriso or other MES platforms integrated with SAP.

Exposure to MRP and PPDS processes in a production environment.

Experience supporting end-to-end implementations, including blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

Familiarity with A&D production operations and controlled manufacturing environments.
