The Role • Generate sales leads and membership by building relationships with seniors, community partners, and senior-focused businesses. • Arrange and orchestrate sales events to drive patient enrollment and satisfaction. • Communicate the organization's value proposition effectively at community events and one-on-one meetings. • Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare agents, brokers, and community providers to establish the organization as a top choice for referrals. • Develop and implement initiatives to drive new patient growth in target markets. • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, document interactions, and maintain client information. What You'll Need • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience required; experience with seniors or Medicare Advantage is a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation, probing, closing skills, and objection handling. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 75%.
