Job Description

Role: Python AI Developer

Location: NYC, NY/Irving, TX (Final in-person Interview mandatory)

Banking/Finance Domain is Mandatory

8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python and relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
Strong programming experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs.
Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and context management.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
Experience working with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform AI and cloud services, preferably Azure OpenAI in an enterprise environment.
Good understanding of ML lifecycle, model evaluation, AI/LLM evaluation techniques, and MLOps concepts.
Experience with SQL, databases, data processing, and integration with enterprise data sources.
Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in Banking services or other regulated environments is a plus
