Job Description

Job Role: PKI Engineers
Location: Remote (U.S.) with up to 50% travel 
Hire-Type: Contract
PKI Engineers with strong experience in certificate lifecycle management and enterprise cryptography. The initial engagement is expected to be 3–6 months with a very strong possibility for extension.
 
 
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Venafi and/or Keyfactor
  • Certificate Lifecycle Management (discovery, issuance, renewal, revocation, automation)
  • Enterprise PKI administration and integrations
  • PKI and cryptography fundamentals
  • Data protection and digital trust technologies
  • Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) awareness or modernization initiatives
  • Experience delivering consulting or professional services in client-facing environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong enterprise PKI implementation experience
  • Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders
  • Experience modernizing PKI and certificate management environments
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex enterprise security challenges
