ServiceNow Engineer

1. ServiceNow Engineering Experience: Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM and APM. With CMDB specifically, the candidate will need to have in-depth knowledge of Discovery setup, Service Graph Connectors, data mapping and Orphans. With CSDM - candidate will need to have demonstrated experience with Data Service Mapping. CSDM will be in support of EA - Enterprise Architecture, also known internally to as APM - Application Portfolio Management.

2.CMDB/CSDM - Should be able to understand the relationships between the two, including technical and business services & lifecycles.

3. Data Integration - Will need to be skilled at integrating external data via integration HUB/REST API's to create single sources of truth.
