Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement next-generation AI automation solutions using Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Foundry or AWS Bedrock, multi-agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI automation initiatives by combining Product Owner and Scrum Master responsibilities to define the AI roadmap.
• Design and develop intelligent AI agents with reasoning, planning, memory, and autonomous task execution capabilities.
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server, or Semantic Kernel.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Configure AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock.
• Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-calling capabilities.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI agent operations.
• Monitor AI agent performance, reliability, and response quality.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including security, governance, observability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with hands-on Agentic AI implementation.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry and/or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Server, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and Pandas.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, AI agents, and autonomous workflows.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration.
• Experience creating AI product roadmaps and managing Agile backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
