Job Title: Financial Analyst Sr
Location:Saint Paul, MN -100% Onsite 
Pay Range: $54/hr to $58/hr on W2 

Job Details: 

• Financial Analysis & Business Partnering Skills (Comfortable translating financial results into actionable recommendations for Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams)
• ERP and Advanced Excel Proficiency
• Manufacturing/ Cost Accounting experience

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in supporting monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial
