Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Program Manager to lead program planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end AI programs, driving measurable cost savings, and ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
Track progress, prepare status reports, and maintain RACI matrices and RAID logs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
Support governance reviews, approval processes, and decision-making.
Coordinate release planning, launch readiness, and program execution.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
Manage Agile projects, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Track program outcomes, benefits realization, and cost savings.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience as an AI Program Manager.
PMP certification required.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI projects with measurable business value and cost savings.
Strong program planning, execution, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
Experience with timelines, milestones, RACI mapping, RAID logs, and governance approvals.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint delivery.
Experience aligning AI programs with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
