Acquisition Specialist/Technical Writer (5942) with Security Clearance

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Acquisition Specialist / Technical Writer. Position Responsibilities: * Develop, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), and related acquisition documentation. * Su p port market research, acquisition planning, and procurement package development. * As sist with preparation of acquisition strategies, Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and Justification and Approval (J&&A) documents. * P repare, edit, and maintain technical reports, project documentation, requirements documents, risk assessments, and change management documentation. * C oordinate with program managers, engineers, contracting officers, and other stakeholders to support acquisition milestones and deliverables. * Tr ack acquisition activities, contract actions, modifications, and supporting documentation. * Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency acquisition policies. * Maintain document quality, consistency, formatting, and version contr ol. Position Requirements: * Active Top Secret Security Clearance. * Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in federal acquisition processes and technical writing. * Demonstrated experience developing acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, acquisition plans, market research reports, and solicitation packages. * Strong technical writing, editing, and document management skills.
