Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer with 12+ years of experience in database development, performance optimization, data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise data management.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, database performance tuning, and complex query optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and database objects.

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale enterprise applications.

• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using Explain Plan, SQL Trace, TKPROF, and AWR reports.

• Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Develop and maintain database solutions supporting enterprise data warehouses.

• Work with Oracle Database 12c, 19c, and newer versions.

• Develop complex SQL scripts, views, materialized views, indexes, and partitions.

• Implement database performance optimization strategies for high-volume transactional systems.

• Design and maintain data models, schemas, and database architecture.

• Perform data migration, data integration, and database modernization activities.

• Develop batch processing solutions using PL/SQL and Unix/Linux shell scripting.

• Troubleshoot database performance issues, production defects, and data inconsistencies.

• Implement database security, data integrity, and access control mechanisms.

• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, application developers, and QA teams.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and technical documentation.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
