Salesforce Business Analyst

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working on Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Strong requirements-gathering and business-process analysis skills.
• Experience creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, profiles, roles, permissions, and security concepts.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce automation such as Flow and approval processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management/documentation tools is preferred.

Preferred certifications include:

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
