Marko & Brando is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in innovative and result-driven marketing solutions. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

We're looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager who can accelerate our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, industry events, and other lead generation channels.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand client objectives and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and successful execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets while driving overall revenue growth.
  • Represent Marko & Brando professionally at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and consistently close high-value deals.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.


Preferred Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, IT services, or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • An existing network of business contacts will be an added advantage.
