Location:Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • Strategic Sourcer (ITS) to design and execute candidate generation strategies, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Focus on passive talent with emphasis on speed, quality, and deep understanding of business, roles, and market.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify top talent across multiple lines of business using advanced sourcing technology.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical skills to accelerate hiring and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as market expert: provide talent landscaping, competitor analysis, and regular funnel/metrics reporting.
  • Experiment with innovative sourcing methods; continuously improve outreach and drive diversity in candidate slates.
  • Collaborate with Talent Branding and TA Pathways on campaigns to boost diversity and employer brand awareness.
  • Execute proactive outreach projects, create pre-qualified pools aligned to workforce plan, and convert passive to active candidates.
  • Communicate Equinix market position, opportunity fit, level, and compensation transparently to external talent.
  • Requires extensive TA sourcing experience (tech/startup), full-cycle or pure-sourcing background, strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder influence.
