Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer (95856) - Full time – Central London<br />Permanent Full time - £51,000 (+10% shift allowance). We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer who will deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance across a large London estate, working as part of a 24/7 shift team to ensure critical buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational.<br />Role

Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services.
• Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical and mechanical) providing 24‑hour cover for the London estate.
• Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems.<br />Required

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• City &amp; Guilds craft certificate / ONC or equivalent.
• Recognised craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)..
• Ability to obtain and pass full intrusive security checks (mandatory).
• C&amp;G Level 3 in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).<br />The candidate must be eligible to go through DV clearance:<br />Security Clearance* BPSS - Basic - Pre Employment leading to DV<br />What's in it for you?
