Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 8+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 5+ years in Banking and 5+ years managing data initiatives. Must have expertise in Regulatory Reporting processes, Agile/Scrum, Jira/Azure DevOps, sprint planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination. Experience with FR Y-9C, Call Reports, CECL, Basel, CCAR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance projects is highly preferred.
